Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.
